  1. It can be really confusing when trying to estimate your property value. I’m sure it’s even harder in Punta Cana since it seems like paradise to many people. You have to put your trust in a realtor. Doing the research on what is listed and prices already is a great start and discussing it with your realtor.

  3. It’s the fools who use average prices as a market indicator because it takes only 1 good sale to move the number up which essentially makes that number meaningless to the market as a whole.
